1. Fee
includes Training, Course Material & Lunch or Breakfast on
the days of training 2. All Programs are non-residential and
from 9:30 am to 5:30 pm 3. All training programs are subject
to alterations/cancellations/changes etc. at the sole
discretion of The Times Group without any prior notice
whatsoever 4. All special offers are subject to
alterations/cancellations/changes etc. at the sole discretion
of The Times Group without any prior notice whatsoever 5.
There will be No refunds if nomination is cancelled by the
nominee 6. Incase due to unforseen/unavoidable reasons, should
the program be rescheduled, participants would be given an
option of 2 alternative date sets. The individual
organizations have the option of transferring the nomination
to other scheduled programs 7. All payments must be in the
form of local cheques/DD in favor of The Times of India Group
8. All payments have to be made either by cheque or DD only.
Payment will not be accepted in cash. 9. Nominations will be
accepted on first come first serve basis. Nominations will be
deemed to be complete only when the payments have been
received in full and realized by The Times Group 10.
Nominations have to be received atleast one week before the
training program 11. A certificate of participation will be
given to all fully paid participants 12. The Times Group
reserves the right to close the number of nominations for a
particular program 13. All disputes are subject to Delhi
jurisdiction only. |
